Job size sets the price — small, medium, large, full truckload — and that's the only thing it's based on. Never a running clock. Text a couple photos and you'll have a real number back before we're anywhere near your driveway.

Common Questions

How quickly can someone get out to Van Nuys?

Depends on the day's route, but same-day is common and next-day is the fallback. Text a photo of the job and we'll tell you the real answer, not a generic estimate.

Do I have to bring stuff outside before you get here?

Not at all — that's our job. We'll walk in, grab it from wherever it's sitting, and carry it all the way out.

Is there stuff you turn down?

Rarely. A short list of hazardous items needs a different kind of disposal service, and we'll say so upfront if that's the case. Everything else, we're taking it.

Flat rate, or does the price move once you're here?

It doesn't move. The number's based on how much of the truck your stuff fills, and that number is locked in before we touch anything.

Can someone else be there instead of me?

For most residential jobs we'd rather you confirm what's leaving in person. Bigger jobs and commercial cleanouts are more flexible — we can often work out access ahead of time.
